Profitability and Revenue

You can enable Profitability or Revenue columns on all relevant items
(keywords, ads, ad groups, campaigns etc.). That way you can see exactly how much
did you earn or lost on particular item. You can also sort, filter or sum profitability
columns.
In order to calculate profitability, you need to specify value of one conversion
at account level (Profitability settings dialog) or at campaign / ad group
level (Conversion Value column).

Profitability and Revenue video.
Grouping

Group thousands of similar items in just few groups. Every group row will contain
summary statistics – so you can review performance of the entire group. Some fields
in the group row are editable – so you can change hundreds of items at once (pause,
delete, move, change bid, change landing page etc.).
Available grouping strategies (Top10, Value, 80/20 Rule, etc.)
can be applied to any appropriate column. For example, when you apply Top10
strategy on keyword Clicks column that will create two groups: Top 10
and Others. You can switch to another ad group and you will again see the most
clicked keywords (Top 10) and summary statistics for Others group.
Grouping will give you new insights into your data (for example, see how Broad and
Exact keywords differ in CTR or Conversion Rate). It is also great for changing
your campaign structure - you can move groups around with Copy/Paste or Drag&Drop.

Grouping and Bulk Editing video.
Statistical Significance

Avoid common error of making decisions on insignificant data. If keyword has only
one click, then its CTR of 50% is completely irrelevant. That is a result of a pure
chance; it doesn't mean that the keyword is really good. Unfortunately, most of
the keywords in pay-per-click systems have a low number of clicks and conversions,
meaning that their CTR or conversion rates are meaningless.
WisePPC Editor has unique grouping strategy called Statistical Significance
that will group items into Statistically Significant and Other. You
can customize criteria for statistical relevance in Grouping settings dialog.
It gets even better; items in Other group don't have meaningful data but
Other group summary totals are usually statistically significant! So you
can use Other group CTR or conversion rate to determine quality of
your keywords.

Statistical Significance video.
Bulk Editing

Similar to Google AdWords Editor, WisePPC Editor supports bulk editing. You can select
multiple items with CTRL or SHIFT and change them using the edit panel.
Unlike AdWords Editor, WisePPC Editor also supports grouping. Groups are editable,
meaning that you can use editors in a group row to change all group items.
You can see bulk editing of selected items in the
Overview video and bulk editing of groups in the
Grouping video.
Filtering

When the filter row is enabled, you can specify filter criterion for one or more visible
columns. Current view will display only items that match all criteria. Various filters
are available; equal, not equal, greater than, starts with etc. Remove
all filters by disabling filter row.
Filtering can be used for bulk editing; first filter all items you want to edit,
select all using CTRL+A, and then edit items using the edit panel.

Filtering, Summaries and Columns video.
Custom Summaries

Did you ever wanted to quickly get average, sum, maximum or minimum for some column? Unlike
AdWords Editor, in WisePPC Editor numeric columns have summary icon (∑)
that opens drop-down chooser with most common functions. You can have many summaries
at once (see screenshot).
To remove all summaries click on Clear All Summaries button.

Filtering, Summaries and Columns video.
Offline Editing

WisePPC Editor is an offline editor; first you download your pay-per-click campaigns,
then you change them locally, and after all the changes are made you hit the
Upload Changes button.
Offline editing brings many advantages:
- Working with local copy of data is much faster than working with AdWords web interface.
- You can work offline (without Internet).
- Changes are not made on your live account, but only when you decide to upload.
- You can undo (revert) any changed rows before upload.
- There is no paging - current view displays all items and you can scroll all
items with scrollbar.
- You can back up your account to a file or restore it from a file.
Synchronization is done in the same way as in Google AdWords Editor; changes are
displayed as either added rows (+), deleted rows (-) or changed rows (∆).
While making changes you can hit Download All button and fresh AdWords data
will be merged with your changes. Conflicts or errors in download or upload will
be visually displayed.
Undo/Revert

If you are not satisfied with editing changes, you can always undo them, thus reverting
to values that were previously downloaded.
