Keyword research has always been important for effective pay-per-click marketing.
Generating new keyword ideas is not the easy task, especially if you don’t have any statistics for them.
To ease keyword research for WisePPC Editor users, we have developed Keyword Tool.
You can find Keyword Tool in WisePPC Editor as a button on main toolbar. Keyword Tool can be used when you have account opened in WisePPC Editor.
New keyword ideas can be generated based on a variety of sources, like:
- Keywords,
- Website,
- Keyword category,
- Ad group.
New keyword ideas can be constrained to certain locations and languages, and advanced options can be used for further filtering of the results.
Visually rich results include valuable statistics like keyword category, competition, global monthly searches, local monthly searches, local search trends, search share, ad share and more.
New ideas can then easily be added to your account.

Did you ever use Google AdWords Editor and said to yourself: “well, this is nice, but it would be great if it could be extended in some way”? Why is that not possible? Although Google declaratively promotes open source, everything that makes money to them (search algorithms, AdWords, AdSense, Gmail) is closed source. Even AdWords Editor, which is a free application is closed source, and doesn’t have any plug-in system.
For that very reason we have developed our own AdWords Editor with some advanced features. Unlike Google, we offer custom AdWords tools on top of it and we even sell source code to marketing agencies. If you are interested in our AdWords Editor source code, contact us at contact@WisePPC.com.

Did you ever need a custom tool for editing keywords, placements, bids or ads?
We can develop one for you — as a custom dialog in WisePPC Editor. It will be located next to other AdWords tool dialogs (Replace text, Append text, Advanced bid changes, etc.), see screenshot:

With our custom programming service you can have your tool integrated directly into our powerful AdWords editor.
If you are interested please contact us at contact@WisePPC.com.

Advanced bid changes is a new AdWords tool dialog that mimics the behavior of Google’s AdWords Editor Advanced bid changes. Actually it has a bit more features than Google’s AdWords Editor version.
In Advanced bid changes dialog you can :
- Remove bids
- Increase / decrease / keep equal bids based on a source column
-
Apply bid constraints like:
- Min or Max value – values can’t be higher/lower then the ones specified.
- Min value based on column – values can’t be lower then the one in the specified column.
The dialog can be started by pressing “Advanced bid changes” in any edit panel that supports it.

Append text is a new AdWords tool dialog in WisePPC Editor that copies the behavior of Google’s AdWords Editor Append text dialog.
It can be started by selecting the items you wish to change and then pressing “Append Text” in edit panels that support it.
It is a simple dialog that lets you add a specific text before or after the existing text in all selected rows.
Also you can check “Duplicate selected items…” and then the selected rows will be duplicated and text will be appended to them.

Replace text is a new AdWords tool dialog that we have added to WisePPC Editor. It mostly mimics Google’s AdWords Editor Replace Text functionality.
It can be started by clicking on “Replace Text” on any edit panel that supports it.
First start by selecting some items that you wish to change. Then open the dialog.
You can specify which text you want to find and which text you want to replace it with. Also you you match only case or whole word or both.
You can choose to which columns you wish to apply the search and replace operation by checking the column that you want.
If you check “Duplicate matching items…” all the rows that match the criteria will be copied and then the replace operation will be performed upon them.

Yesterday we released a new version of WisePPC Editor with the new feature; manual selection of campaigns that WisePPC Editor will download/upload.
Now WisePPC Editor offers three ways of specifying which part of account is downloaded:
- All campaigns â download/update all campaigns.
- Campaigns already downloaded â update only campaigns that are already downloaded.
- Campaigns I select â download/update only campaigns that are manually selected from the list of all campaigns.
See screenshot for details:

We hope that this feature will help customers with large accounts, as they take long time to download.
WisePPC Editor will be updated to the newest version automatically. All settings and data from previous version will be imported to the new version, but (as always) we recommend backing up your account to a local file before upgrade.
